Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Scheduled - This are re-scheduled works from 20th September.

Compute datacenter in NY/NJ metro will be performing UPS-3 & UPS-4 MMS Startup and L4 Testing on 27th September 2025 between 07:00 and 13:00 EDT. During the works the primary power feed will not be available. The secondary feed is not going to be affected.

All Clouvider equipment is connected to both primary and secondary feeds, as such no power loss is expected during these works. Nevertheless the service should be considered at risk during these essential works.

Additionally, some servers are setup by their manufacturer to automatically clock down the CPU during a failure of one of the feeds. Customers utilising these servers will notice the CPU clock speed reduced while the feed is offline.

Clouvider will have enhanced engineering coverage on site available to assist in case of any issues.

Resolved - The affected switch has been normalised and returned to the topology.

Identified - We have observed a memory leak condition in one of our core switches.

The switch has been isolated the connectivity has been restored and we are continuing to troubleshoot.
