Emergency maintenance: We will perform a partial reset of a top-of-rack switch in the London metro. Servers directly connected to this switch will temporarily lose connectivity during the operation.

This is required to restore production ports that are currently stuck and not forwarding traffic, impacting some services.

The work is scheduled during the device’s lowest traffic period.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
