We observed reduced optical power on one of the Core facing Dark Fiber links with some channels operating in warning levels.
In order to avoid unplanned outage we will take the link down out of topology to perform cleaning, OTDR testing and general troubleshooting on the affected fiber.

While redundancy built into the network allows us to take this line out of service without causing downtime, the network should be considered at risk as certain connections will operate at reduced resiliency.
