This are re-scheduled works from 20th September.
Compute datacenter in NY/NJ metro will be performing activating the online operation and paralleling (MMS) of the new UPS on 8th November 2025 between 07:00 and 13:00 EST. During the works the primary power feed will not be available. The secondary feed is not going to be affected.
All Clouvider equipment is connected to both primary and secondary feeds, as such no power loss is expected during these works. Nevertheless the service should be considered at risk during these essential works.
Additionally, some servers are setup by their manufacturer to automatically clock down the CPU during a failure of one of the feeds. Customers utilising these servers will notice the CPU clock speed reduced while the feed is offline.
Clouvider will have enhanced engineering coverage on site available to assist in case of any issues.
