Clouvider will be performing planned engineering works in London in order to update Juniper switch estate to the current JTAC recommended version.
The maintenance is essential for network security and in order to avoid unplanned outages in the future.
Window start date: 2024-08-12 00:00 BST Window end date: 2024-08-12 06:00 BST Window length: 6 hours Expected downtime: up to 30 minutes
Only one switch will be worked at a time. Expected downtime per switch (and for the directly connected services) is up to 30 minutes. The works cannot be re-scheduled and individual services cannot be excluded from these planned works.
